Although he is still fairly new to the industry, Frank is ready to prove that he can surpass tattoo veterans. He believes that it does not matter how many years you have been in the business, if you want it bad enough you will work for it.
Outspoken and confident, Frank embraces his standoff-ish persona. He focuses on American tradition pieces and often uses bright and vibrant colors to highlight his work.
